The privacy policy has been developed to help understand the nature of the collected data when visiting the platform and how to deal with users’ personal data. This policy is considered to be part of the platform terms and conditions.

• It may be necessary for users to enter some personal data in the registration form to benefit from the services on the platform. Upon registration, personal information like users’ name, address, e-mail, phone number, as well as information about the institution where they work (factory/ company/ body/ institution, etc) and information about demand and supply of industrial and mining products will be requested. By providing such information, the platform’s team will get explicit approval to treat and use this information in line with the privacy policy terms.

Also, the platform has no liability for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of the use of such information. For that reason, it is recommended that when surfing from the platform to other websites, please read carefully their privacy policy.
• The Platform may use cookies as many similar websites and applications. The platform’s cookies do not disclose any personal information to users, but rather help out with following up and improving its services.
• The platform does not sell or rent any personal information related to factories, companies and institutions to third parties.
• The platform spares no effort to preserve the privacy of registered users and institutions. However, it can provide pertinent parties in Arab countries (governmental institutions, chambers of industry and commerce, legal, judicial and executive bodies) with some information to verify the legal register of factories and companies, prevent fraud and counterfeit, enforce laws, and cross-check information to improve reliability and security of the information.
• The platform reserves the right to amend the privacy policy at any time and when necessary. As soon as amendments are made, they will be valid as of their publication date on the site, along with the terms and conditions in the modified version. Continued use of the platform gives the right to the platform to treat the users’ personal information as per the terms of the amended privacy policy. Thus, please keep current with amendments to the privacy policy.
• Registered users can access and review their personal information in “My Account” on website and mobile application. If there is any change in personal information or it is incorrectly presented on the platform, users should immediately update or correct their personal information (as needed) by accessing “My Account” on the platform or by contacting our team through contact information on “Contact Us” at the top of each page.
• All feasible precautions are taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, as all personal data is encrypted. However, the internet will never be 100% secure.
• Users should enter their username and password each time to access their accounts or add data. Therefore, the password must be carefully chosen, using numbers, letters and symbols that are not known to others. If the user feels that his/her password has been exposed, he/she should change it immediately at the “My Account”.

Account deletion          

• The user has the right to request the deletion of their account on APIP.online at any time.
•  To request the deletion of their account, the user must fill out the contact form available on the APIP.online website and provide the necessary information to verify that they are the owner of the account.
•  After receiving the deletion request, the APIP.online team will verify the user’s identity.
•  If the APIP.online team confirms that the user is the owner of the account, they will proceed to delete it as soon as possible.
•  Once the account is deleted, the APIP.online team will cease all communication with the user and delete all data related to them in accordance with APIP.online’s privacy policy.
